Let me introduce myself
Hi, I’m Jasmine 🤍
I’m the founder of HEAR Her Initiative—a movement created to ensure women are seen, heard, and supported in the moments that matter most.
HEAR Her was born from my own experience navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—where I came face to face with what it feels like to be unheard during one of the most vulnerable seasons of your life.
But what I realized was this wasn’t just about motherhood.
It was about what happens when women feel dismissed, overlooked, and unsupported—period.
And I knew something had to change.
HEAR Her is more than a response to my experience—it’s a movement rooted in the belief that women deserve to be heard, healed, and honored in every season of life.
While my journey began in motherhood, my vision extends far beyond it. This is a space for women navigating healing, identity, growth, and transformation—starting with motherhood, but never limited to it.
I’m passionate about rebuilding what so many of us are missing—a village.
A space where women feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
And this is just the beginning 💗

How We Support and Serve Women

We offer both community-based resources and personalized support for women navigating the emotional, physical, and mental transitions of postpartum and early motherhood.
Additional offerings—including doula services, workshops, and personalized support—are coming soon as we continue to expand our impact and serve our community 💗

We create space for women to be seen, heard, and supported—especially in moments where they may feel dismissed or overlooked. Through community, shared experiences, and resources, we help women feel confident navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Postpartum & Healing Support
Motherhood doesn’t end at birth—and neither should support. We provide guidance, resources, and personalized support for women navigating the emotional, physical, and mental transitions of postpartum and early motherhood.
Education & Service-Based Support
Through education, connection, and intentional support, we are rebuilding the village women deserve. In addition to community-based resources, we offer service-based support designed to meet women where they are in their journey.
